Message from the President

"It is a privilege to lead the Bangladesh Private Medical Practitioners Association (BPMPA), the premier national body representing general physicians since 1977. Our association remains steadfast in its mission to uphold the highest ethics and dignity of the medical profession, foster unity among practitioners, and safeguard the rights and security of doctors nationwide. Through our academic wing, the Bangladesh College of General Practitioners (BCGP), we continue to empower physicians with post-graduate training and fellowship programs. Together, we stand united in bridging the gap between medical professionals and society while advancing healthcare standards across Bangladesh."

Aims & Objectives

• To uphold the ethics of the Medical Profession.
• To maintain dignity and honour of the Medical Profession.
• To promote unity amongst the members of the Profession.
• To provide common forum for the members of the Association and to protect the interest and the privileges of the members of the Profession.
• To bring the medical practitioners and the members of the public closer, and develop better understanding and relations between them.
• To guide and help the members of the Association especially the new entrants.
• To establish Benevolent fund Trust (BFT) to provide assistance to the families of the deceased and disabled members of the Association.
